Special Reserve
A combination of the best of the old with the best of
the new. The breed is developed from the same female line as
Label Anglais, but carries more breast meat, of a paler
colour, than Label Anglais.
Raised fully free-range
from five weeks, fed a natural diet, and grown
slowly to full maturity.
The meat has a more delicate flavour and excellent
texture.
