The F Word - Gordon Ramsay's new Channel 4 series
Gordon's great new Thursday night programme runs up to Christmas, co-starring Temple Farm Turkeys. We can't reveal the plot, but we can promise some entertaining viewing!

Gordon Ramsay visits Temple Farm
Chef Gordon Ramsay was a recent visitor to the farm. Having started to use Label Anglais chicken in his London restaurants, Gordon was interested in seeing just what was so special about how we raised our poultry.

He was so impressed that he featured Label Anglais in his regular Saturday Times Magazine feature.

Label Anglais chicken is served at the best restaurant in Europe, and the second best in the world!
Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck at Bray has been voted number two in a poll to find the best restaurant in the world. With the top spot going to a Californian restaurant, The Fat Duck is the best in Europe.

We are pleased to be suppliers of our Label Anglais chicken to The Fat Duck, as well as to The Waterside Inn (also in Bray!), which featured at number thirteen in the list.

The poll was conducted by Restaurant magazine amongst over 300 top restaurateurs, chefs, critics and journalists world-wide.

Does our chicken impress the Michelin inspectors?
Britain now has three restaurants holding the coveted Michelin Three Star rating, and two of them - yes, it's The Fat Duck and The Waterside - are supplied by us.

So why not order some of our Label Anglais chickens yourself, and then invite the Michelin inspectors to dinner?

Good roast chicken is simply wonderful
-says Jill Dupleix (The Times, 16th October 2003)
“Roast chicken has a miraculous ability to make you feel better about everything. …. First you need to get a decent chicken, or there is no point ingoing to the bother. I really like the superb Label Anglais chickens that taste reassuringly old-fashioned. They cost more than factory chicken, as they should. Traditional British breeds are larger, slower to grow and, when given a high cereal vegetable diet and a decent life, have a rich, meaty flavour that you may remember from your childhood.”

Annabelle’s hits 40 – with Label Anglais
Arguably the best known and loved nightclub in London, if not the whole country, Annabelle’s recently celebrated its 40th birthday in typical style, with two days of party-time dining. And the star of the menu? Spit-roasted Label Anglais chicken.

We are sure nothing could have been better.
